Welcome to Dehome AI. By accessing or using our AI-powered interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Dehome AI provides artificial intelligence-powered design services for interior design, exterior design, landscape design, furniture layout optimization, and style transfer transformations.

2.1 AI Design Services

Dehome AI offers the following services:

• Interior Design: AI-powered room redesign with multiple style options
• Exterior Design: Transform building facades and architectural elements
• Landscape Design: Garden and outdoor space planning and visualization
• Furniture Layout: Optimize furniture placement and spatial arrangements
• Style Transfer: Apply design styles across different spaces

2.2 Credit System

Our services operate on a credit-based system. Each design generation consumes credits. Free users receive 10 credits per day. Additional credits can be purchased through our platform.

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dehome AI. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3.3 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Dehome AI for:

• Personal interior design projects and home renovation planning
• Professional design work for clients
• Real estate staging and property marketing
• Commercial projects with proper licensing

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Upload images you do not have rights to use
• Generate designs for illegal purposes or properties
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Abuse the credit system or engage in fraudulent activity
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images and photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your images solely to provide our services.

5.2 AI-Generated Designs

You own the AI-generated designs created from your uploaded images. You may use these designs for personal or commercial purposes without restriction. We may use anonymized, aggregated design data to improve our services.

5.3 Our Platform

Dehome AI, including our AI models, algorithms, website design, and branding, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Free Credits

All users receive 10 free credits daily. Unused free credits do not roll over to the next day.

6.2 Purchased Credits

Additional credits can be purchased through our platform. Purchased credits do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3 Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

7.1 AI-Generated Results

Our AI generates design suggestions based on your inputs. Results may vary in quality depending on image quality, lighting, and complexity. We do not guarantee that designs will meet your specific expectations or be suitable for actual construction.

7.2 Professional Consultation

AI-generated designs are for visualization and inspiration purposes. For actual construction or renovation projects, we recommend consulting with licensed architects, interior designers, contractors, and obtaining necessary permits.

7.3 No Warranties

Dehome AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dehome AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Construction or renovation costs based on AI designs
• Property damage or personal injury
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Your use of Dehome AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 30 days unless saved to your account. Saved designs are stored securely and can be deleted at any time.

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease, and unused purchased credits will be forfeited.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with or without notice. We will provide refunds for unused purchased credits at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dehome AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dehome AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Dehome AI shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
